Palindrome or Not — C++ Fundamentals

Context

A palindrome is a word that reads the same forwards and backwards, like "noon", "madam", or "racecar".

Task

Your task is to write a function is_palindrome that takes a C-style string as input and returns true if it’s a palindrome, false otherwise.

Assume the input is already lowercase.
